From Ideas to Action: Many-to-Many
On June 3rd at the Village Hub, we gathered a small group of collaborators to ask a big question: What’s next for many-to-many?
We didn’t come for consensus. We came to co-create next steps that felt right for the moment.
From that conversation emerged a few strong threads:
- Keep testing and refining our governance card decks
- Host more “sandbox” sessions for groups trying this way of working
- Share our tools openly, so others can adapt them
- Track how decisions are made, not just what’s decided
One person said: “It felt like a breath of fresh air. We weren’t pretending to have it all figured out—we were just trying something real.”
That spirit of experimentation is core to many-to-many. It’s not a model. It’s a practice.
And now, we’re ready to keep practising—with others who are trying to lead without dominating, host without controlling, and build without blueprinting.
Many-to-many is happening. We’re just giving it language and shape.
