Over three years our project focused on a deliberately different way of working to put listening, relating and learning at the centre.
As part of The National Lottery funded Healthy Communities Together Programme in Plymouth we discovered that this emergent way of working was incredibly exciting and challenging as we saw a number of key themes emerge.
